Chosen Generation Connection

The mission of the Peace Community Garden is to develop a sustainable garden that grows, distributes, and makes low cost, high quality food accessible to individuals, families. We plan to eventually include businesses (including food banks) in the Triad Community to the list of recipients. 

 

Participation in this initiative helps Chosen Generation Connection achieve two goals: 1) create an intergenerational activity for youth & adults and 2) provide fresh vegetables to our neighbors who have limited access to healthy food.

 

We currently have two half acre garden plots located on Blackberry Road in Greensboro, two greenhouses, a tractor, and various garden tools to help with our gardening duties.
